We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will reply with the address on where to you'll need to send the defective product. For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange for change of mind.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item.
There may be varying times between sending your damaged product and receiving the new one. This will depend on your proximity to us, etc.
Remember, its a good idea to get insurance and a tracking number on your return. The few extra dollars will be worth it if your shipment gets lost in the mail.
